The 7th grade and 8th grade choir made it to the state contest after they got a perfect score at the regional contest. At the state contest, on Saturday, they wore their Wilson polos and performed for the judges and the audience to hear. The choirs received feedback from the judges on the little things they could do better. The 7th grade went first and they received a Superior, which is the highest rating you can get from the judges and the 8th grade received Excellent, the second highest rating. The 8th grade sang Aya Ngena, Bright Morning Stars, and All My Trials.
