Art Show

This helps us see things through different a lens or perspectives. The art show has given us the the ability to teach as we learn. We learn about the different personalities, cultures, and people. Mrs. Denys, who organized the art show, says, “I believe when students see their work being featured for the school, there is a sense of pride and accomplishment that overwhelms them.” This helps students gain a better appreciation of others and themselves. Mrs. Denys also said that “Art helps all students to feel free of judgement.” The art show has given students the freedom to be themselves and to express their feelings. Mrs. Denys said, “Being able to express oneself is invaluable and I feel so fortunate I am able to provide that to my students here at Wilson.” The art show has helped students use art through the creativity of their feelings and emotions.
