Gold Vs. Black Volleyball Game

Every year the eighth-grade volleyball team plays against the teachers. The game is a great way to raise funds and awareness for Mr. Perkins’ son Gabe who passed away because of cancer. This year, a new idea was presented: Gold Team vs. Black Team. This way teachers and students could work together against the other team, rather than the faculty playing against the students.

On Friday, October 12th, they played the game. It was so fun to see everyone work together and make it a fun time. The first round the gold team won from behind. But the next round the black team tied it back up. The final round was so tight, but the black team won it. I can not wait to see what happens next year.
